What is your Exchange/Return Policy?
Exchange Only Policy : Since all our Items are Hand Made to Order, We do not offer Returns on our Products. We do offer Size Exchanges for NON-PERSONALIZED items only.
You can Choose between:
- A Store Credit/Gift Card
- An even Size Exchange for the same item.
To Cancel your order with us, you must submit a request by email within 24 HOURS of your purchase date.
ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A DELIVERY SIGNATURE FOR PROOF OR DELIVERY. ANY ORDERS THAT ARE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO SENDER AFTER A DELIVERY ATTEMPT WILL RESULT IN A STORE CREDIT. A STORE CREDIT CODE WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED ON YOUR ORDER.
Personalized Items are a Final Sale. If you received your product from Glitter Shoe Co and the item was damaged during the Shipping Process please contact us as soon as you receive the package and Please save all shipping material and damaged items in order for us to file a Claim with our Shipping Provider
Glitter Shoe Co will not be responsible for paying the return shipping costs associated with an exchange and will not refund the initial shipping charge, if one was charged, for any return initiated for a reason other than one of those listed above.
Glitter Shoe Co will accept the exchange of any product that is both in new condition and is returned according to the following procedure:
i) the return must be requested through email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
ii) once initiated through the Glitter Shoe Co return mechanism, detailed instructions on the step-by-step process of exchanging the product(s) must be requested from Glitter Shoe Co
iii) the product(s) must be returned to Glitter Shoe Co according to these instructions
iv) the return package must be received by Glitter Shoe Co within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date of the order
